We are pleased to provide an app for JPs to download and use as a checklist, that guides you through most witnessing scenarios. It requires internet/Wi-Fi access to operate.

These checklists contain the process steps for witnessing documents. It is assumed that the Justice of the Peace has read and understands the contents of the Justice of the Peace Handbook and is familiar with the processes described in it. These checklists are designed to be memory joggers to assist the JP who already understands witnessing requirements.
